Hi, I’m Kaitlin Binnington, LCSW

Founder and CEO

Please note, I am not accepting therapy clients at this time.

I want you to know that you are not too much, too broken, or beyond healing. You do not have to hide who you are or feel ashamed of the ways you learned to survive. I will meet your story with compassion, honesty, and genuine care as we work together to understand what has shaped you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with a focus on helping you recognize your strengths, challenge the patterns that are no longer serving you, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

My Therapy Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe healing happens in relationships built on trust, honesty, and genuine connection. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about understanding your story, building on your strengths, and creating lasting change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

A Note About Supervision and Business Coaching

My approach to supervision is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe clinicians grow best in relationships built on trust, honesty, and genuine connection, where they feel safe enough to ask questions, make mistakes, and be honest about the challenges they are facing. Supervision is not about expecting you to have all the answers or shaping you into a version of me. It is about helping you discover who you are as a clinician, build on your strengths, trust your clinical judgment, and continue growing in the areas that need more attention. I will support you, but I will also challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone. Part of becoming a well-rounded clinician is being willing to work with populations and presenting concerns you may not initially think are right for you. You may discover work you never expected to love, and you may learn that something truly is not the right fit, but I want those decisions to come from experience rather than assumptions.
