Why Work at Thrive
We are seeking provisional and fully licensed clinicians who are passionate about serving children, families, and individuals. Thrive offers W-2 full-time and part-time positions with in-person or hybrid options, including afternoon and evening availability. We value team players with diverse skill sets who are curious, ethical, and motivated to grow through collaboration and challenge.
Licensure includes: LPC, LPCA, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT-A, LMFT

Thrive is deeply invested in supporting clinicians who are completing internship, practicum, or post-graduate service hours. We provide structured, ethical supervision and mentorship designed to help you strengthen your clinical confidence, refine your skills, and meet licensure requirements with clarity and support. Whether you’re early in your journey or advancing your career, we walk alongside you as you grow into the clinician you’re becoming.
